Job Search sites organized by countries for seeking work in Spanish speaking countries.

Below are a list of web sites that offer job search services. Fortunately, most are free. They often also allow you the option of inserting your CV online; this may be in the form of a web page, which could be indexed by search engines so that someone can find your CV through the keyword searches. This is great for getting the word around that you're looking for work! However, in practice, getting your page indexed does not happen automatically and may take months! Furthermore, you may wish to be more discreet so by simply adding your CV and not opting for the web page service employers seeking candidates on that particular site will find you. Good sites allow you to choose how much of the information on your CV is available to the general public - you decide.

Another feature to look for is where the site offers to send you updates of new jobs to your e-mail - a service well worth opting for but be very specific about what job, where, when etc. otherwise you'll get lots of totally inappropriate jobs being sent to you. The downside is that you may also be plagued with unwanted publicity in your e-mail too!

Notes about temporary work agencies. When you apply to a temporary agency (trabajo temporal), this means you will usually be paid by the agency and not the company. This does not always mean you get paid less; Adecco, (one of the biggest) for example, claim they pay you the same as other employees on the company payroll; apparently this is the way it should be). Temp agencies may insert their ads anywhere. Ensure you check out who you are applying to.
