All information regarding updates to ENGLISH ASSISTANT BUSINESS will be placed here. Check the date (and version number) of the newest version to see if you have the latest installed. You can update a free trial version or a registered purchased version.

How to update your existing version:

1) Download SPANISH ASSISTANT BUSINESS from the trial download page.

2) Open the .zip file and run the installation program.

3) Allow the installation program to overwrite the files of the previous version. ie copy to the same folder as the previous version.

4) That's it! The new trial version will replace the previous one

OR...

if you have a registered purchased version, the trial version will read your pre-installed password and become permanently activated as a registered version.

- Bilingual Company Profiles: This update includes a compiler which allows you to create a description of your business or products and services. This is extremely useful if you want to send a brief description in Spanish via email or to create a bilingual web site. Having your site in Spanish too will attract those customers who usually search the web with keywords in that language.

- After initial contact with new Spanish-speaking contacts, you can use the Email Compiler to start correspondence with your new potential clients. Don't worry if you find monolingual correspondence in Spanish a problem; a bilingual approach is usually possible - many of your new contacts will have knowledge of English. I place the importance on the attempt to correspond in Spanish - a gesture of goodwill that will impress and have results.

05 June 2008 (Version 2.1.0.0) - UPGRADE from version 1 to version 2 of SPANISH ASSISTANT BUSINESS.

Exciting new program included called Spanish Email Compiler 2, which allows writing emails in Spanish through quick and easy phrase selection in English to build up an accurate translation in Spanish. Ideal for Business emails in Spanish for international correspondence.

The program encourages bilingual communication (English / Spanish) so that you can also learn Spanish from your Spanish-speaking counterparts. You help your counterparts with their English and they help you with your Spanish. Actualizaciones y nuevas versiones. Últimas noticias.

Información con respecto a las actualizaciones y las nuevas versiones de ENGLISH ASSISTANT BUSINESS se incluirán aquí. Comprueba la fecha (y número de la versión) para asegurar que tengas instalada la última versión. Se puede actualizar una versión gratuita de prueba o la versión comprada y registrada.

Cómo actualizar tu versión existente:

1) Descarga ENGLISH ASSISTANT BUSINESS desde la página de descarga de la versión de prueba.

2) Abre al archivo .zip y activa el programa de instalación.

3) Permite que el programa de instalación escriba el nuevo archivo encima de la versión anterior. Es decir, hay que instalar el archivo en la misma carpeta.

4) ¡Ya está! La versión de prueba reemplazará la versión de prueba anterior

O...

si tienes la versión comprada y registrada, la versión de prueba leeré la contraseña ya instalada en tu ordenador para que se convierta en la versión registrada actualizada.

- Descripciones bilingües de la empresa: Esta actualización te facilita la tarea de redactar una presentación de tu negocio en inglés, también de tus productos o de los servicios que ofreces. Esta presentación sirve para enviar por email a posibles clientes o para crear una página web bilingüe y así atraer a los interesados de habla inglesa que normalmente buscan en Internet con palabras clave en inglés..

- Después de un contacto inicial con un cliente de habla inglesa, puedes emplear Email Compiler para entablar conversación por email - de esta manera puedes estar seguro de que la forma de expresarse en inglés es la correcta.

05 de junio de 2008 (Versión 2.1.0.0) - VERSIÓN NUEVA. Versión 1 ahora es versión 2 de ENGLISH ASSISTANT BUSINESS.

Incluye un programa interesantísimo llamado English Email Compiler 2 que facilita la redacción de los emails comerciales en inglés empleando un sistema rápido de compilación de frases y expresiones en español que al mismo tiempo crea una traducción precisa en inglés. Este proceso de redacción te permite escribir los emails comerciales en inglés en poco tiempo para la comunicación internacional desde tu oficina.

El programa aboga por la comunicación bilingüe español inglés. A pesar de la necesidad del inglés para iniciar el contacto con las empresas de habla inglesa, la investigación reciente del uso de los idiomas en las empresas propone una política lingüística que respeta los clientes y los homólogos cuya lengua materna no sea el inglés. Es decir, durante la correspondencia comercial en inglés se aconseja una comunicación recíproca que servirá para que puedas ayudar a ellos a aprender español y para que ellos a la vez te faciliten ayuda a aprender el inglés.
