The are two versions of an Assistant Programme: The Assistant programmes are accessible to the purchaser as a download to the client's PC in the form of a free trial, with some functions disabled (for an unlimited period), and as a complete version with all functions enabled for an unlimited period after registration. To register, the purchaser buys a licence of indefinite use of the Assistant programme according to the copyright conditions.
Refunds: If the client is not satisfied with SPANISH ASSISTANT BUSINESS 2 after purchase, Clickbank (our online purchase processor) offers the following refund policy: 60 days after date of purchase. Please read more details here...
For the purchase of multiple licences (such as Small Business) a full refund is available up to 30 days from date of purchase.
I all cases of refund the Assistant programmes will automatically deactivate once the refund process is terminated.

Devoluciones: Si el comprador no está satisfecho con ENGLISH ASSISTANT BUSINESS 2 después de la compra, según el tipo de compra se aplicarán las siguientes condiciones de devolución:

Para English Spanish Link 2 comprado por ingreso a cuenta se ofrece la devolución total hasta 10 días a partir de la fecha de compra pero solamente a una cuenta Paypal del usuario. No se pueden realizar devoluciones de otra manera en el caso de compras por ingreso a cuenta.
La devolución supone la desactivación del programa Assistant que ocurrirá automáticamente después de este tramite.
