Example - make fun of (tease, ridicule someone or something - in Spanish, reírse de alguien o algo)

1) mix up (confuse, usually between several things - in Spanish, confundir una cosa con otra)

2) make up (invent an excuse, a story, etc. - in Spanish, inventar una excusa, cuento, etc.)

3) move out / away (leave one's house definitively - in Spanish, mudarse de casa, marcharse de casa definitivamente)

4) nod off (fall asleep for a short time eg. sitting in a chair - in Spanish, quedarse dormido ej. sentado en una silla)

5) move in (take up residence in a house - in Spanish, mudarse de casa, entrar para vivir en una nueva casa)

6) make up (with) (become friends again after an argument - in Spanish, hacer las paces (con))

7) pass away (die, gentle way to tell news of a death - in Spanish, fallecer)

8) make up (add the remaining amount of money required - in Spanish, poner la diferencia que falta ej. dinero)

9) pass out (faint, lose consciousness - in Spanish, desmayarse)

10) make up (apply lipstick, etc, to paint one's face - in Spanish, maquillarse)
