1) What happened to Spanish Assistant GENERAL? Spanish Assistant GENERAL has not been updated and has now been removed from this site so it's no longer for sale. There are no plans for an update of this version at the moment. However, all the contents of the GENERAL version are to be found in the new BUSINESS version and improvements and additions have been made. 2) How do I buy SPANISH ASSISTANT BUSINESS 2? Firstly, you should download the Trial Version, which you can find here... This offers an unlimited time to use and test the program - though some features are disabled in this trial version. Purchase offers you ALL the features enabled.
Purchase is done through Paypal.com o Clickbank which handles online credit card payments with total security. After payment, you will receive a password which you insert in the Registration Key field on the Program Registration window which opens before you enter SPANISH ASSISTANT BUSINESS 2. And, that's it. 9) How do I uninstall the Trial Version? Clean download and uninstall. This program does not come with complicated registry files to clutter your hard drive after uninstall so there is no uninstall tool. Simply go to the folder where the single file is and delete it. It's usually in "My PC" - "C" - "Program Files" in a folder called "Spanish Assistant Business 2". You can just delete the Short Cut link on your desk top and the one in the Start list in the same way.
10) When I insert the registration details, I get an error message - what can I do? If the key and name (and optionally the Organization name) are inserted as they were sent to you in the email, and you haven't changed computer, then there can be no mistake. The problem must lie in the insertion of the details. Go through and check each of the following points carefully:
1) Check you're running Spanish Assistant Business 2 and not English Assistant Business 2. (If you're running the latter, download Spanish Assistant Business 2 and send in the new System ID).
2) Ensure the Trial Version works correctly on your PC/laptop. If it doesn't, please advise. You should be able to run a Trial Version, see the pages etc. it just has some restrictions. The first page that opens (after you click on the button "Evaluation" in the nag screen) in the Trial Version says at the top: "Welcome to Spanish Assistant Business 2 (Trial Version)". Can you see that?
3) Your computer MUST run Windows and either Internet Explorer 6 or 7 or the program will not work.
4) Check the system ID is really the one your sent , it looks like this: "2BVH-UPG4" - shown on the nag-screen of the Trial Version. (If it's wrong, send in the correct one.)
5) Check capital and small letters are the same in your name (and Organization name, if used) as in the registration info email sent in. (See below).
6) Remember to copy the key with the mouse and paste it in the Registration key box using the keyboard keys Ctrl and v at the same time. (If you don't know how to do that and have to copy the key by hand, ensure ALL letters are capitals, ensure you insert the 0 as a zero and not as a capital letter.

7) Ensure there is no space after your surname or after the System ID code. Do not type full stops/periods, commas etc.
8) Do not paste the actual words "User Name" and "Registration Key" into the boxes.
9) Ensure "Organization" box is totally clear if you haven't registered an organization name and with no spaces typed in that box.

2) ¿Cómo compro ENGLISH ASSISTANT BUSINESS 2? Primero, hay que descargar la versión de prueba que se encuentra aquí... Tienes un período de tiempo ilimitado para utilizar y probar el programa - sin embargo, algunas funciones no funcionan en la versión de prueba. La compra te ofrece todas las funciones del programa.

Sólo hay que buscar la carpeta que contiene el único archivo y borrarla. Normalmente está en "Mi PC" - "C" - "Archivos de Programa" - y la carpeta se llama "English Assistant Business 2". Los dos iconos de acceso directo en el Escritorio y la lista de programas Inicio puedes borrar de la misma manera.
