Muy señores míos: Con mucha preocupación hemos comprobado que tanto la cantidad como la calidad del aceite de oliva por ustedes remitido no coinciden con lo formulado en nuestro pedido (Nº 345/29). En lugar de mandarnos 500 cajas de aceite virgen, nos han enviado 250 cajas de menos y, en cambio, nos han enviado también 150 cajas de aceite de girasol. Dado que la diferencia ocurrida nos ocasiona molestias considerables, agradeceremos pongan interés en evitar anomalías análogas en el futuro, puesto que si se repiten nos veremos obligados a dar por terminadas nuestras apenas iniciadas relaciones mercantiles con Uds. Veríamos con mucho agrado el pronto envío de las cajas de aceite de oliva virgen que faltan, con instrucciones sobre la devolución de las que obran en nuestro poder sin haber sido pedidas. Instead of sending us 500 cases of virgin oil, you have dispatched 250 cases short, and furthermore, you have also sent 150 cases of sunflower oil. Owing to the fact that these discrepancies are causing us considerable inconvenience, we should be grateful if you would invest an effort in avoiding similar mistakes in the future. If such errors reoccur, we shall be obliged to terminate further business relations in what has been a scarcely initiated venture with your company. We should be grateful for a speedy delivery of the remaining cases of virgin olive oil together with instructions regarding the return of those cases in our possession that were not ordered.
