Como ya sabe, los veranos en Sevilla son muy calurosos, y el año pasado experimenté dificultades a la hora de dormir por las noches debido al calor insoportable. Además, trabajo en casa, y el calor implacable afecta muchísimo a mi trabajo durante estos meses de verano. Alquilé este piso a condición de que tuviera el aire acondicionado instalado; sin embargo, el aparato viejo es totalmente inútil porque produce muy poco aire frío. La revisión técnica del año pasado no mejoró su rendimiento. Por lo tanto, ruego que instale un nuevo aparato de aire acondicionado en este piso. No creo que esta petición sea excesiva; se debe considerar el aire una necesidad en el sur de España y no un lujo. As you know, the summers in Seville are extremely hot and last year I found it difficult to sleep at night due to the unbearable heat. Furthermore, I also work at home, yet the overwhelming heat means that my work suffers during these summer months. I rented this flat on the assumption that it came with air-conditioning, however, the old machine is hopeless as it produces very little cold air.
