Después de algunas averiguaciones, hemos podido constatar que la mercancía salió de nuestro almacén en perfecto estado, con las cajas debidamente cerradas y selladas. Entendemos que esto ha causado molestias a su empresa, por lo tanto, nos haremos cargo de esta pérdida, remitiéndoles con toda urgencia el reemplazo de las unidades dañadas.
